True Credit Report Aka ripoff stated online they could not provide my credit report, as my address was showing innacurate. I cancelled the service and they charged me anyway!

I called the number on my bank statement, and the first agent said, "you did not order anything so therefore, we could not have charged you". He insisted this was so, after I explained the details on my statement reflected his phone number, and the exact price of his service taken out of my account.

I then asked for his supervisor, whom he informed me would say the same thing..."we cannot refund you as you did not order anything". The supervisor Gary Edward said he cannot see that his company charged me either, so I will have to copy my bank statement and send it to an address in San Louis Obispo, with a letter explaining I wanted a refund. Since I do not have a fax maching or a printer, he suggested I go to an internet cafe, to get a copy. The price of the credit report? Just 9.95. Sounds simple doesn't it? This company offers nothing but horrible and rude service.
