We employed Mr. Belcher operator of TAR-RIFIC increase our garage and re-tar it. He offered us a cost of $1800.00 (plus texas) for 700 square feet. Mr. Belcher just put under 300 sq feet of tar and created an overall total chaos of the task. HE ALSO PROVIDED OVER YOUR SPRINKLERS! I DID SO QUIT cost of the 2nd check of $960.00 since he didn't preform the job he guaranteed. Mr. Belcher stated he'd return and repair the task but REQUIRED another $650 for gasoline, supplies and work! We've named another Concrete Organization to re do the whole garage for another $1800.00. I've approached Mr. Belcher and requested him to return our cash... He's threaten to possess me imprisoned to get a bad check. I told him that it had been not really a badcheck, it had been an end payment. I subsequently informed him that I'd consider him to courtroom and he questioned me to not. He's unlicensed and that I want to buy on report he isn't trust-worthy before he does this to another person. To top it off he tarred over your sprinkler system!
