Bad customer relations

Bought an ATV battery from Sunn Battrey via E-BAY (as Motobatteries.com) 5 weeks later the battery don't take a cost and numerous efforts to email them got no benefits. I-phones them twice without any solution. Lastly a repetition named to express they'd obtain the batteries in-stock in 14 days. Fourteen days later no inventory having a guarantee "next" week. I expected to get a reimbursement and was returned my money-less delivery and 10% service-fee? I am aware the delivery fee although not the service charge.

Prevent Sunn / Mottobattery if you don't need a worthless item.
