Stu Naar, Megan Sunn Atlantic leagal group told me they would help modify my home mortage, they charged me $1,800.00 and they did nothing and will not pay me my money back

Atlantic leagal group said they would help make my home affordable to help modify my mortage payment, they told me they would charge me $1,800.00 and after a year they kept on making excuses Megan Sunn is the consultant that I was working with.
After a year of asking what was going on I called my lender and found out Meagan Sunn wasn't even talking with them on a consistantly basis, so I ask if I can have a refund of my money cause it was taking too long, so Meagan Sunn told me I needed to talk to Stu Naar, after I explained what happen Mr. Naar told me that Meagan Sunn had made me a modification offer that I turned down and that they would not pay me back.
I talked to Aurora Home Loans and they after talking to me for 45 minutes we can to a payment plan. So I let Stu Naar know that and he told me he was not going to I also talked to a Tray Thompkins and he told me that they were not dealing with any clients out of the state of Florida, so I asked them to return my money and they told me they were not allowed to talk to me so he hung up I then called back and the answering service told me they were not allowed to talk to me
