DON'T conduct business with Kirby. They began contacting and badgering me to allow them come and clear the rug in my own home. I mentioned I had beennot involved plus they extended to demand fourteen days. Lastly I caved and stated yes so that they might stop calling. They stated they're super-flexible and certainly will come at my comfort. This isn't the situation. They just wish to come when it's handy for them. I've three young children and didn't need them in the future delayed during the night. We eventually decided on 5 pm. They named your day of and terminated. I rescheduled two more times. Every time I became popular early from function and every time I used the night time before planning and cleaning up the area to truly have the rug cleaned. 3 times they ended in the last second. Upon attempting to reschedule the next period, I stated I had been only a little sceptical and did not realize that I really could trust they'd come. I properly explained that I had a need to trust they'd come before I attempted to remove of work with the next period. The saleslady created some rude remarks to me and hung-up on me. How RUDE! I'll never make an effort to conduct business using the Kirby rug organization.
