American platinum services rip-off scam

I was contacted on September 17 by a company calling itself American Patinum Services. I was told that they had a great rebate plan and that I would also receive $500.00 worth of grocery coupons. It sounded like it might be a good thing. The only catch was, they wanted $219.00. They also wanted $30.00 a month for 10 months but said I would come out ahead using the rebate program. I was also supposed to have $1,500. Credit line and they would report positive credit information to the credit bureaus monthly. As I needed some credit repair, I thought this would help me. I was worried when they asked me for my bank account information. I was assured that it would be recorded and that if I had any problems that I could call their 1-800 number. (1-800-282-3962)

I was also told that I would receive a package in the mail and could look it over. If I didn't want the program I could call and cancel.

I have tried for weeks to contact this company and tell them I could not participate because I was in a car accident and unable to pay all my bills as it is. All I get is a message telling me that all customer service reps are busy and to leave my name and phone number and they will call me back. A few times, I was told the message box was full. I left several messages to call me back and also that I wanted to cancel. I also informed them I would try my best to have them investigated for fraud.

I am unable to trace this company at all. If anyone has had any dealings with this company please contact me.
Today, I had $219.00 taken out of my bank account causing my house payment to bounce. I am very unhappy.
