I requested the Starsmoker e cigarette online on 13 Jan. 2010. I quickly named and terminated after I recognized the free-trial offer what-not a really free trial. I spoke to some customer support representative. Who gave me a termination quantity and guaranteed me the $9.95 they'd billed to my bank card could be returned within 72 hours. It's today 02 Feb. As well as in spite of two emails for them, and an effort to contact them again (their customer support point today directs you via a labyrinth before stating they CAn't get your phone and disconnects) I still do not have quality. I worry that they can charge my banking account again once the "trial" contract ends.
