Once she received my money I never heard from her again

I contacted Deanna about moving my colt from Missouri to California. She stayed in constant, punctual contact with me to tell me when he would be picked up, emailed me the contract and price. The last communication I had with her was when I emailed her that the cashiers check and contract are in the mail and her reply is I will be looking for it. I never heard from her again after that. I am a single mother going to school full time. He was supposed to be picked up September and today is February 1st and I still have not heard anything from her nor gotten my money back. I have tried numerous times by phone and email. Be warned: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If anyone has any suggestions for someone with limited income to recoup there money please contact me.
