After to contacting Warrantech about my damaged TiVo, they explained to deliver the system to a different organization that will do the repair. Following a over per week I named Warrantech plus they did not understand the standing of my TiVo. They explained to contact the restoration organization that when I discovered does not actually fix items, they simply test for disappointment, then Warrantech both directs you a brand new item or perhaps a check/voucher to get a new device. I'd to contact to discover the standing each time. They never approached me. They initially stated it'd consider 7-12 times for your procedure. It appears like it is likely to consider a lot more like 28 times excluding breaks and 2 vacations. Along with that I had been educated the info on my TiVo hard won't be delivered in my experience. And today I am attempting to get the wire card which was inside my initial TiVo. They advised me that they can not pay me for that wire card after I had been never informed to get rid of the cablecard before delivering the system out. I am waiting on-hold today to keep in touch with a third-person. That is undesirable company. When you have an option, do not get Warrantech replacement assistance. Warrantech has horrible company.
