Poor service

I purchased a camera at officemax in Milwaukee, when it create loud sounds and caught I delivered it. Well I'd to pay for A - 15 percent restocking charge to get a damaged product. The they've a-2 week waiting time to get your cash by email if you are using a check. I had been advised to return in 4 times, and so I went the 10 kilometers back and understood the check had removed the financial institution. They still have me waiting 14 days to get a check by email. Last time I actually do business together.
