Service sucks

I requested many products in the organization. It was my very first time with them and it'll be my last. I had been billed for that quantity of the purchase and delivered a contact declaring the purchase have been delivered to manufacturing. They mentioned two to three months to ship the things. It's been 8 weeks since I have put the first purchase. E-mails go unanswered and telephone calls proceed straight to a voicemail.
