Sent Improper sizes, NO Customer Service, Required To Pay Return Shipping

511 Tactical refuses to provide Customer Assistance!

They sent improperly tagged pants, and improperly sized belts and the Customer Service (actually the lack thereof) Department refused to answer my E-mails, or return my telephone messages as promised.

I have purchased 5.11 Tactical clothing and accessories from local merchants and the sizing was proper. Ordering the exact same items from 511TacticalDirect.com resulted in the wrong sizes.

It cost me $11.70 to return the merchandise due to 511 Tactical incompetence. Also, they state their Website states I'll be charged 15% restocking fee.

Not only will I not purchase from 511TacticalDirect.com, I will not purchase their products from any merchant.
