Sick puppy, had to put her down at 8 months old

I bought a puppy 8 months ago for 1500.00 I was told she was registered with the CKC. The day i went to pick up my puppy the breeder told me that all my paper work would come in the mail within 3-6 weeks. We brought our special little girl home, we could have never been happier, then she started to sound very congested, I wrote my breeder so that she would be aware of this and ask for some help. She wanted me to give back my puppy, so i went through with the surgary and spaid. Which was fine. Couple months later my puppy got a lump on her chest with in 5 days it was huge. Then she got one on her shoulder the next thing i new with in a week or to she had 30-35 lumps wasn't eating drinking. So i took her to the Vet, the vet told me that there is nothing that could been done, He was surprised she lived past 4 months. She was full of cancer. So we brought her home and spent a week with her and made her comfortable, contacted the breeder over and over again, she gave out my personal information to another breeder changed her website.
