I placed an order with this company on December 17th to be shipped to out family holiday gathering in Colorado. It is now January 6th. I received an email stating the package shipped yesterday. We are all back at home now, the holidays are over. When I called to let them know that no one would be there to receive the package I was told it would be intercepted and sent to my home address as it was their fault due to the very late shipment. Later today they called to tell me that I would be charged a fee for interception.
I said "no thanks" and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. The woman was arrogant and insisted this was my fault for not being aware of their unclear, at best, "policies".
