I won't ever use this service again

I needed a shipping on the Wednesday and place in my purchase at 11:30 am. (They state within their plan they assure shipping exactly the same evening when the purchase is place in before 1:00 pm). Used to donot get term that it had been not shipped till I called the receiver on Friday. I subsequently attempted to stop my purchase. The supervisor sent it, despite the fact that I believed to stop and declined to provide me a reimbursement until I used my very own cash to deliver it back. I won't make use of this company again.
