Do not use these people. They give you a wonderful sounding sales pitch, then they switch to the passive mode. Howard the king of the agency will not even phone you. He is definitely no business man. I had requested that I should get some money back because of the way things were going, and how unsatisfied I was, and they said no. So if they used half of my money, you would think that they would return the unused portion, wrong. Howard has no problem keeping your money and sleeping very well at night. I would of never been successful in the automotive business if I used his service principle.
