Tim Matherly hired my company to dismantle & load (17) machine tools & metal fabricating equipment onto (3) trailers at a company in Clifton, NJ in July. He also asked us to get the truckers to deliver to Reidsville, NC. We requested a COD - Tim changed his mind & got his own truckers and conveniently told our men he forgot the check for our men's work. He owes us a lot of money.
After numerous attempts, Tim hides behind voice mail, we sent someone to the address that was given to us, and the building was dark and doors locked. We do have a post office box address, but that is all.
