Intertel Inter-tel Ripped Me Off and FRAUDULANTLY approved me for service using my family member credentials

Inter-tel ripped me off and is now suing me... They sold me equipment that I never recieved but they charged me anyway. They fraudulently used my partners information after he declined their service and told me that I was the one approved for their service even though I didn't qualify... The salesman Michael Ore, told me that I didn't need my business partners credit info because he was able to approve me on my own, but I later found out that it wasn't true.
When I realized that they lied to me and set it up under my partners credit info, I called to complain and resolve the issue... They handled my complaint like a group of unproffesional thugs!!!
When I threatened to cancel service, they illegally remotely logged in to the phone system and turned me company greeting off during business hours. My system was down and I lost customers and was at their mercy.
I requested that they come pick up their equipment because I realized that they lied to me about the setup, pricing and fraudulent approval of the service.
They are now suing my partner for over $25,000 in the state of Texas...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! There are many other great companies to work with... Save yourself the trouble... They are ruthless!!!
They changed their name to Mitel... Same company, same B.S.
Be aware and stay away from them!!!
It cost me a fortune to do business with them!!!
