Unbelievably bad service and follow-up

I positioned, and taken care of, my unique cupboard purchase with Kitchens Professional in September — plus they NEVERTHELESS owe me a cupboard door. The reason being a number of the gates appeared with breaks inside them and that I have now been looking to get them changed for that previous FIVE weeks... Many times the alternative door (s) they delivered were also damaged and needed to be delivered. I'm still lacking one cupboard door! The reason being the final period they delivered an upgraded door, it had been the incorrect dimension! It was after many (I Have lost count) of just how many occasions Matt Carmona (their customer support man, which is really a laugh), possibly offered me wrong shipping situations or their shipping guy never turned up whatsoever. Matt totally ignores a lot of my calls and emails and just reacts after I contact and protest to another person at Kitchens Professional. When I create this, Matt had GUARANTEED me their man might provide my absent cupboard door at 10:00 am today... It's today 1:22pm and also the man never turned up... And undoubtedly, Matt hasn't responded my calls or delivered my voice mails. This is actually the worst organization actually!!
