I placed two orders with RTB, #10557 on 7/19/09, $32.63 $6.30 for shipping for a total of $38.93, and #10509 on 6/30/09, $37.21 $6.30 for shipping for a total of $37.51. I've rec'd neither.

I have emailed and called several times asking for either the items or a refund to no avail.
