Bad customer service

I recently sent the Wingstop Corporate office in regards to a protest and that I obtained the next reaction:

"We apologize should you weren't pleased with the client support you obtained as of this area. At Wingstop, our visitors are our number 1 concern and we're devoted to supplying the greatest quality client care.".

Excellent I thought, simply to study later that because the shop was possessed with a franchisee they cannot do something about this and therefore arenot actually accountable.
