I went to Wingstop on September 2 at 2:00pm. There was only one person ahead of me. Why in the world did it take 30 minutes to get 20 wings? The staff was completely sluggish and didn't care I had to wait so long. Finally when I got my bag, I told the counter girl twice I wanted extra bleu cheese which I was charged for, but she never put it in the bag. I asked her again and she had an attitude with me. When i asked for a refill she kept me waiting on purpose while she answer the phone twice and took care of a person who just walked in. I never got the veggie sticks. But the worse part ever was my girlfriend biting into the wing and it being raw. That was it! I couldn't believe it. I've been going to this particular Wingstop in Sunrise, Fl for 7 years and never experience this. I threw away the rest of the wings. Wingstop was my favorite place for wings. I really can't believe they took my money and then completely screwed me.
