Me and my sister in law tryed this public records check and we paid $22.95 for the VIP the one they had recommand so we did i gave them my card number and then went to search and couldnt...! Rip me off! Dont trust this company

I bought this and cant use it. You go to search and then it ask for more money it will not work at all they took my money and i have email them and they email me back and said they would be in touch with me in 48 hours thats been over a week ago. I keep email them and still no nothing. I ask them to email a phone number they still have not. Complaint
