Rip-off charged me for voice mail service that i never authorized

I have been trying to get charges for a voice mail service removed from my phone bill ($103.00). Number that I called asked for an extension number. Didn't have an extension number so the call was a total waste of time.

When I did finally get to speak to someone (had to find another number on the internet) I was told that I had to prove that I didn't authorize the voice mail. Amount that is due has now gone to collections. Spoke with collection company and phone company. Collection company is holding off on any action until verification can be made.
