Isolditgulfcoast Consigned an item to sell on Ebay and never received money

I chose this online selling company to move some items my grandfather gave to me. These were Hess trucks intended for my teen-age son who passed recently. I gave these trucks to the consigner around the end of October. These items were sold on Nov. 3, according to Ebay. It has been 68 days since items have been sold. This is crazy. I have complained to the BBB, State Attorney's Fraud Unit, etc. Company claims they have to hold payment until seller approves. Sixty-eight days? I believe this company must have financial problems (first of the year tax issues?) and will rip-off future sellers. They won't pay. Please beware.
