Price gouging, bad response time!

The phonebook advertisement promises "Quickly Emergency Assistance". I called around 9pm on the Saturday evening and was informed the soonest they might deliver somebody out was Mon between 9 and 11 am. The plumber named at 10:30 and stated he'd be-at my home in half an hour.By 11:30, he nevertheless hadn't appeared. I named the organization and requested where he was. I had been informed they'd contact and find him and contact me back. Lastly he came about 10 minutes afterwards, no apology for his lateness. We were billed a $78 charge only for him in the future out and reveal that it'd charge $780 to displace a-6-inch bit of tube. I instantly named another plumber who cited me "a maximum of $150" plus they might get to my home by 5pm. We'd to pay for A1 National $78 simply to reveal a jacked-up cost! Exactly what a FRAUD!
