Ripoff, dishonestly and fraudently debited my account, then would not refund my money. Ripoff liars victimized us

This company claimed that they were only going to debit our account for the price of shipping a book. Which was, by the way, a free book for $8.95. They said there would be no charges until the contract was sent out to us, and returned to them signed.

In reality, within 5 minutes, and while they had us on the phone, they debited our account $700.00. Then, when we realized what they had done, and called them back, they said there was nothing that they could do, and we would have to wait at least 22 days to see if their accounting department fixed the so called error.

By the way, we called them back within the hour of the first conversation.

Now we are out the $700.00 and have to wait almost a month to see if we are reimbursed. A subsequent phone call the next day at the same phone number, we were put on hold, and no one ever returned to talk to us.
