Lies unfair treatmen towards the Employee's

Do not use this daycare for your child care needs. They are rude and do not care about your kid!!! This daycare is a dirty facility at one point and time i seen roaches in the class rooms. The building is a joke. The checp looking siding they used to make it look like a castle is falling off and the paint is flaking. They do not do any Maintenance work at all. The parking lot has a huge flooding problem when it rain no telling what BUGS are lurking around after the rain has left in the standing water. I seen frogs in that water ducks and tadpoles, and Mosquitoes

Are a huge problem after the water sits for a couple of weeks. As for inside do not believe the the pictures you see on their website, they are doctored up to look nice. The Director is rude and threatins the employees. They are NOT a family oriented daycare like they say. God forebid if you have family affairs to deal with do not work there. They will threatin to write you up or fire you.

The playgrounds are JUNKIE dirty has out dated equipment and and out dated fencing and huge cracks on the play how is this safe for your kid? It is not. And on top of this they had some Violations and DHS comes out all the time. Thye lie to DHS and cover up problems.

Here is another complaint.

They VAN driver drops kis off at western hights elementary school. I have seen this Driver Roll the 4-way stop many of times. How unsafe is that? Where this 4 way stop is located has a HUGE problem with people not stopping. Would hate to see westbury child development roll the stop sign and hit another car with kids or your kid on the bus. The director does not care ABOUT its employee's. As she is rude makes threats, and she does what she tells they employee's they can not do.

Unsafe conditions in this facility. If you ever visit them to to see if you want your childen there look at the cheap wood they used out side to fix it up, its falling apart paint flaking. And just cheap stuff inside and out. Kids get yelled at by the staff, they give babies food they are not suppose to have. Just a horrible daycare. The owners do not do anything to make Necessary Repairs

As some kids escaped off the play ground due to the deteriorationing fence, just this could be your kid running into the street risk being hit by a car. They discriminate aginst lets say they wont allow kids in with problems. As this daycare is far from perfect, 2 star should be 1/2 star. Rude directors unfair treatment. They family hired in there and they get Special treatment do what they want. I cant believe this place is still in business. The owners never come around unless a problem comes up and they lie and hide it. Or some type of cheap cover up...
