My orders were never shipped and they ignored all my emails

I made 2 orders with foxanime.com 11/16/09, I received a confirmation for both orders, after 3 weeks and no delivery, I emailed them, then I noticed there were no responses, I continued to email them on a daily basis and still no response, I didnt see an address or phone number so I went to usacomplaints.com and read the notes on this company and saw I wasnt the only one going through this, there were others going through the exact same thing, I was able to get a phone number on rip off for them i called and still no response.
Im sick to my stomach, at least some of the people are saying theres a coupon, or its on back order, but with me theres just no response at all, Im sick to my stomach and upset.
