In common with a number of people who have filed similar accounts, I ordered an anime DVD boxed set from FoxAnime, and received an immediate automatically-generated email to say the 'process' had begun - and then nothing. It is now six weeks after having placed the order, and I have emailed 3 times to inquire about the 'progress' of the order - but have not received any reply at all.
I have decided to refer the matter to my credit card provider. I don't know if they can do anything, but at least it should make life uncomfortable for these scammers.
