I ordered my products from Extended Lengths on Dec 16. I was told on the 18th of Dec that my order had been shipped. I was sent a tracking number. The tracking number says the post office has received information and they expect to receive a package for shipment. I still have not received a shipment.
When I write a letter to Extended Lengths, Gia responds with a generic message because I've written twice and received identical replies.
