Extended Lenghts Beauty Supply tried to rip me off also. I contacted Better Business Bureau in Chicago ILL and also Attorney Generals office in Chicago. I sent Sam an email telling him i had done this and within 4-5 days i had my product. He tried to lie and say it was on its way but the post office never received it until after i contacted the BBB. I suggest if they owe you something that you do the same to get results. Google BBB and Attorney Generals office to get address and info on how to do this. GOOD LUCK!!! Shirley Anderson sc
