I purchased a Ridgid Lithium-Ion exercise less that the year before. Liked the exercise, employed it moderately, today all a quick it's a myriad of issues. I attempted to go back again to homedepot plus they inform to go to some service-center over one hour away. I approached the service-center plus they inform me you will find a myriad of issues with the lithium-ion exercise and battery. Fortunately ridgid includes a lifetime support contract about the exercise normally it'd be hard luck. If anyone is considering purchasing a Ridgid cordless power-tool I'd be extremely hesitant.
