We place an order for laser ink toner with this company and was informed the color ordered (Magenta) was not in stock. About three months late in July we received notice that it was available, so we entered and paid for the order. We did not receive the toner until October and it was defective. We called but their phone number was inoperative. We sent emails to sales@inkfilling.com which bounced. Finally, we tried support@inkfilling.com which got through. They sent a generic instruction sheet which did not help, plus a follow-up email with another suggestion which also did not help. At our end we finally determined that the toner itself was defective and bought another cartridge locally to solve the problem. At that point we just let the matter drop.
Then on Dec. 28, they billed our card again right out of the blue. Calls were not returned and emails bounced again. We did succeed in getting the charges reversed by our bank and are sending the company a registered letter to cease and desist. This company might not act out of malfeasance, but most certainly out of incompetence. Stay away.
