Said they had an approved buyer for my timeshare

First person called and asked if we wanted to sell our timeshare. Then a second person calls and advised that they had an approved buyer and did we want to sell at a price they had a buyer for.
They then required a large title search fee to be paid. Then they keep leading you on untill finally nothing happens and no further contacts.
