After undergoing an extremely prolonged and annoying cross examination with a digital assistant, my phone was moved, after which it I had been educated that my phone was extremely important which my delay period was five minutes. Within the 2-hour delay, a registered communication occasionally advised me that my phone was extremely important which an insurance consultant could be with me briefly. Lastly, I quit waiting, worrying I'd be on-hold for times.
