Bad customer service

After likely to another HoneyBaked Ham store plus they did not have what we desired, we tried this shop. I really named twice first to ensure they had the Barbecue 'Meat' Bones. After waiting in an extended point, whenever we got as much as the table we were informed they had no Meat Bones simply Chicken. They do not bring them anymore within the shop simply online. We resolved for that Pork Bones after waiting so-long. Athome I called back again to talk to the supervisor. I discussed that I named twice and questioned why was I informed they had the bones. She subsequently began to claim with me they no further bring them. She never responded my issue and sometimes even apologized for that trouble. To include insult to damage we got ill in the Pork Bones. We ought to have simply bought the bones in the supermarket! We're never returning for this area!
