Driver ran me off the road

Ocean View, DE, pizze delivery driver ran me off the road around a sharp turn in which speed limit was 15 mp. I called the manager of the store who was so very rude and denied that he even had a driver/car which i described to him. He never even apologized, he made me feel like i was a liar. The next day i went to the store and confronted the driver, who stated "O it was you" was not too please the way the manager handled the situation and nasty.
