Requested on 12.22.09 plants for Christmas event. Something special for my Child.organization charged my creditcard. Never shipped.

Named about the first busines time. Representetive explained... Sorry, Florist had issues. After I informed her how disapointed I had been, She said Oh well. To bad. Perhaps we are able to deliver one today. One-day after-christmas. No way.

Easily might have experienced cost of the criticism division I'd have provided a totally free arrangement.

Poor company. Won't ever purchase out of this organization again. Huge disapointment.
