I was charged for a pair of ugg boots on November 24th My credit card was debited. I was given 2 tracking numbers and both numbers were bogus. I have emailed the company every day for the past 2 weeks and still they have not given me an explanation. Just that they are sorry for this inconvience.
I called Pay pal and I am trying to get a credit. I was first drawn to this web site from the shopping web site shopzilla so I thought it was a legit company.
How can I get my money back it is so fustrating and I feel like a totally educated fool.
