Rip off on grant web site

I was on-line looking for grant info. Put in my credit card info to get what I thought was grant info mailed to me. That was not the case. I never got anything in the mail or by e-mail. What I did get was two charges on my caed accout totaling $103. Oo. I called the 800 numbers on both charges and what do you know 1. The were, inked to the same co. 2. It was all a scam from seccuss grants web page. They said it was part of the terms and conditions on the web page. Well it may be but try and find that! I called and was told the charges will not be reversed. I was hung up on after 10 minutes of talking to Ashley emp. # 6124.
