Formally Amer Credit personal loan Paid 70.00 17.50 Then Sent 55.00 MO

Back in November 20 I filled out a loan for 4,000.00, on November 26 this guy Steven called me. He said that I was approved for the loan and he will send me 3 papers to fill out, I received the papers on November 30. He also told me that with the papers I send back would have to be next day delivery with a money order for 70.00. I sent the forms and MO that cost me 17.50 for delivery on 12/03.
I called him up (1-800-771-8507) that day after I sent it and told the answering machcine that I just sent everything in and that it would be there 12/04/09 by 12pm. I never heard from him untill I left lots of messages, he called my on a Friday and said he has not seen it, but the accounten propably has it and he will find out and get back to me after the weekend.
He never did get back to me until Tuesday 12/8/09, he than told me the lander that works for them (Universal Financial) will send me papers to read in acouple of days. I received those papers about two weeks later on 12/17/09. I didn't understand the papers that I had to fill out, or why I had to send more money. So I called Steven once again and left lots of messages, I also called Universal Financial (1-859-283-9751) I also got a answering machcine. I left a blunt message that I do not understand these papers that if he would give me a call back to explan them. He and Steve both called me back on 12/18/09 and explaned. I then filled out the papers and got a MO for 55.00 plus $4.95 for delivery in 2 to 3 business days. I called both men back and left a message (again) that I sent everything back.
It is now 12/23/09 and I still haven't heard from Universal yet, Steven however called me back and left me a message saying that he will get in touch with Universal to fine out what is going on and he will call me tomorrow the 24th. Now I know he won't because of the holidays, that was his answer for everything. The month of December is a very busy time, and the mail takes longer, so he says he is sorry and thank-you for being patient.
Thats when I thought of trying to see if I can locate either company on the internet to see if I can find out about my account. Long and behold I couldn't instead this site poped up at me. Boy you do not know how upset I became, all the time and money and frustration I have been going through. I need that money to pay off lots of bills and for Christmas presents for my family. Now here it is a no money, Christmas is two days away and very little presents for my family, and bill collectors calling me and asking me where is the money you said you would have. I am so stressed out!
