The person who sent this "note" answers a report sent almost a whole year ago then reports me to comcast anyhow and everything shut off!

First this person disputes my time line on cut-off services with tblah blah blah and then the very next day!!! After a period of almost a year! My cable, phone and internet are "mysteriously" shut off and when I call to find out why?

The "bill was overdue"

How ironic can you get! Thanks you lovely comcast employee for doing this to me when you have nothing to do with my account whatsoever.
