David Galceran ripoff consumer rip-off fraud ripoff thieves screwed others too slimeball the business that doesnt give a dam ripped off and scammed

Well back on 4/28/01 we paid David Galceran from Commercial Sign & Repair $425, half of the bid we received from him to manufacture and install lit up signage on our office building. He removed some letters for us that we had already on our building because he was changing to signage for someone else. But instead of us keeping them he kept them till the installation was to occur.

We called week after week for months to have him come in and install the signage for which we paid half of the amount up front. His only excuse was timing and that he would schedule us out to finish the job.
After not getting anywhere with Commercial Sign & Repair for months we took them to small calims court on 12/19/02 which they never showed up for. We were then instructed by the court to try and attain our letters which were our property on our own once again or by subpeona them to appear in court, once again.

We ended up paying L.A. County sherrifs to subpeona him, but they could never get a hold of him because his employees would hide him or make him aware of a coming officer.

After some more attempts I was told to find out about placing a lien on his property or something, but he owns none at all. He only rents what he utilizes. So where we are now is the option of having you help us since I found out about you this week.

We are owed our letters that say "Southwest" and the $425 as well, with interest if we could get it.
