There are many companies like these all over the US, each with different names. They bring you in as an Account Executive, telling you that you will become a corporate trainer in a few short weeks.
You will pay for your own gas, get sent all over the place, be expected to drive others who do not have a vehicle. Go in for a two hour pep rally that has nothing to do with anything, drive all over, walk all over and get home 12 hours later.
There are no benefits, no base pay, no paid vacation, sick or personal time. Also will be expected to travel to other states on your own dime, including hotel rooms that you will have to pay for, or stay at some strangers house, to sell in other states.
You will be expected to sell office supplies, with a guarantee that the client will recieve better than normal prices, but only if the do RIGHT NOW. Not later. Truth is their prices for Quill office supplies are more often than not, are not any better. Anything to make the sale.
The list goes on and on. If you stay with them long enough to "own your own business" you will be making your money off the backs of other poor saps. And a portion of what you make will go to the people above you. This preys on the hopes and dreams of those just looking to make a good living. If you fail, they dont care, it costs them nothing, onto the next sucker.
If you do make it to the top, and own your own business, you will do nothing more than leech off of others hard work. This is a great career path if you are a soulless cretin.
