Destroyed my faith in internet shopping New Jersey

I placed an order with this company for pants and shorts. They sent a confirmation e-mail and my visa was charged the correct amount. The goods did not arrive. I contacted them by e-mail and they did not respond. I cantacted them again and they responded with a delivery dispatch number. When I went to the delivery company site and put in my number it informed me that they they had not recieved the goods for sending. I contacted Drop Zone Army Navy again, recieved an automated e-mail that they were on holidays. A number of e-mails have been sent no responce. I have reported this company to IC3. I still have not recieved the goods or any correspondence. It has been over 2 months. They are still advertising that they can dispatch for Christmas and yet my atomated e-mail indicates that they are closed.
