Harassing small business owners by cold calling

Global business index pages cold callled me wanting to confirm my address. I was pre-occuppied at the time and gave it to them. A few weeks later I received an invoice for $400.00 for their services, because I never ordered their services I ignored the invoice. They have since been harrassing me to pay this invoice for services I NEVER AUTHORIZED. They threaten that so-and-so from their collections department wants payment. I have been advised to never send them a dime. And that is what I plan on doing.

I just want to go on record that I too am being harrassed and lend my voice against this company.
