Horrible - ALL PRODUCT

I ordered the tall ugg for a gift. Ws told they would ship in 3-4 days. NEVER heard a word for 10 days. Emailed and was told be at my home in 3-4 days... I began to get suspicious and only then did I google them and saw that they were fakes. Thats when the trouble began... Unbelievable rude and nasty when I cancelled my order. I called my bank to complain and they are now investigating. I denied the package and will hopefully get my money back. Do not order from here! These are fake!
