UPS is not near as efficient as FedEx, will go the way of Circut City

For the second time UPS did not leave me a notice of a delivery attempt until the FINAL notice — it was too late to make arrangements to pick up the package.
I work long hours for our Army at war, and usually once I receive the first notice I make arrangements to pick up the package — I check the door daily because I am excited about getting the purchase. UPS was no help at all in me get my package — they simply returned it to the sender and it turned into a big mess — at Christmas!
I will make every attempt possible to use the US Postal Service or FedEx — never UPS!
