Cheapercigarettesonline.com Company took money out of my account for the product, did not delive

I have been using this company for almost a year. I only had a problem one other time and they made good for that. This time they took the money, I got an email stating that my order had shipped. I even got a tracking number. But when I click the tracking number, I get a message that the post office was notified that they would be recieving a package... They never got that package. So the tracking number is useless.
I did not lose as much money as some of these people, but it is a large amount for my family to lose.
